（住友重機械マテリアルソリューションズとの共同出展）
当社ブースでは、SiCパワー半導体向けイオン注入サービスをはじめ、当社の強みであるユニークな照射技術およびサービスをご案内いたします。
また、共同出展する住友重機械マテリアルソリューションズより、開発中のプロトン注入装置についてもご紹介いたします。

SHI-ATEX Co., Ltd. will exhibit at IIT2026 (International Implant Technology Conference), held in Villach, Austria, from September 20 to 24, 2026, in a joint booth with Sumitomo Heavy Industries Material Solutions Co., Ltd.
At our booth, we will introduce our unique irradiation technologies and services, including ion implantation services for SiC power semiconductor devices.
In addition, Sumitomo Heavy Industries Material Solutions will present its proton implantation equipment currently under development.
